BUTLER, Alvin Dale 57, of St. Petersburg passed Friday, May 4, 2012. He was a Navy veteran and a member of Greater Mt. Zion AME Church. He is survived by wife, Mary Helen; son, Daven Broxton Sr.; 2 daughters, Angie Blackshear, Aja Butler; mother, Roxie Keys Davis; paternal grandmother, Ruby Lee Chandler; 5 grand-children; 1 brother, Wade McClendon (Jamie); 3 sisters, Vanessa Young, Beverly and Erica Butler; a host of other relatives; companion, Cornesia Brown and friends. Funeral service Saturday, May 12th, 2 pm at Greater Mt. Zion AME Church. Visitation Friday 3-7 pm, family receive friends 6-7 pm at McRae Funeral Home Chapel "A McRAe Service"
